What is the bug:
When using the alchemical construct if you have the halo in hand, The halo try to copy the recipes of that you try to make in it and will over ride any other as so as you turn.
Also you cant scan oak wood not that big of a bug but OMG it makes me so mad lol.

Yes just make alumentum with the alchemical construct with a crafting halo in hand.
Known Fix:
you can try to force quit minecraft and starting it back up but as soon as you look at the alchemical construct it will happen again.
