Open 1.0.3: Capacitor Bank Bug

What is the bug:
When a Wither blew up my vibrant capacitor bank from Ender Io, it dropped a Creative capacitor bank. It still behaves like a regular Vibrant capacitor bank, not giving infinite power and connecting to other Vibrant capacitor banks though.

Can it be repeated:
Tested in creative, seems to give the same result- a Creative capacitor bank with the behaviour of a Vibrant Capacitor bank.

Tested with other versions of Capacitor banks. Seems like the same outcome for all of them, creative capacitor banks with the behaviour of its original counterpart.
