1.0.3: Band of Mana No bar?

What is the bug:
I don't know if this is a bug or not but the ban of mana doesn't seem to have a mana bar show up at the bottom of you ex bar so you don't know how much mana you have when you equip it is this a bug.

Can it be repeated:
yes just put on a band of mana if you dont know what im tlking about the have a mana tablet in you inventory first.

Do you have some mana consuming item on you? IIRC the bar only shows up when you do.

The mana bar only shows up after the first time you add mana too it. If you have not added mana too the band of mana first, then it will not show up. But if you have, then it is indeed an issue. I keep forgetting to fill mine to see if it works since restarting the map in 1.0.3
