1.0.2: World won't show up

When I load up the modpack and open up the singleplayer world list the world I made won't show up I checked my saves and it was still there. This didn't happen during a update and I've been playing on that world for a few days. I can't provide a log since this wasn't caused by a crash. Does anyone know whats going on?

Hum. Try something please?
Make a second world and save it. Then go back into your saves folder and see if anything is different about the two files that shouldn't be, i.e. the type of file, the new one is larger than the old one, etc.
