1.0.2: World leak eventually crashes server

What is the bug:
Some mod or combination of mods is causing a world leak that eventually crashes my server with an out of memory error. I've tried multiple worlds and reinstalled the pack with no difference. The console log slowly fills up with messages like the following until the server crashes:

[17:23:14] [Server thread/DEBUG] [FML/]: The world 206c003a (Test) may have leaked: seen 45 times.

This problem was also occurring in version 1.0.1 so it isn't due to a mod update between then and now.

Checklist if you please;
-Update AromaBackup if it isn't the newest version.
-Disable Journeymap
-What OS are you using?
-How much stuff do you have allocated to the program (probably not an issue, but nice to know anyway)
-Guesses as to what may be conflicting, since these mods have issues rather often and/or add things that would affect the world from time of generation; Twilight Forest, Biomes O'Plenty, Pneumaticraft, Applied Energistics (the meteors it spawns), etc.
