What is the bug:
This also occurs in 1.1.0.
There is a world breaking crash with Mekanism version 8.1.3.231 included in 1.0.2 and also in 8.1.5.246 in 1.1.0. If you place a Gas Generator next to an oxygen line the world crashes and is unrecoverable without backup.

Supposedly this is fixed in Mekanism 8.1.7.252 as documented in a few closed issues on the Git. This needs to be addressed in a pack maintenance release sooner rather than later.
