What is the bug:
Tool Forge does no show the TiCon Arrow outcome when given the materials for them.

Are you maybe trying to use tool rods?
If you want to use bone for example you would not make a tool rod out of bone but rather use that bone in its "raw form".

Can you post a screenshot of what you're doing in the tool forge?

you need 1 bone, 1 arrow head (either part builder or smelting) and some fletching.

I noticed with specific materials that are added in with ExtraTiC you cannot make tools (this is not exclusive to arrows), so that is likely the problem here. @Celestialphoenix what materials are you using?

I noticed that some materials doesn't work, but it's strange that in Modsauce with the same mod versions i was able to make longbow with plastic limbs, but in Infinity I can't.

This is exactly what I am talking about. In 1.0.0 I made a plastic crossbow, and in 1.0.2 I can't.

I was Using Obsidian Arrowhead, Cactus Tool Rod And Feather Fletching as show in the pic

Also, I tried other materials in creative but it still shows a blank output in v 1.1.0
Tool Rods Are also not showing up in NEI

EDIT : oops Just realised that now arrows in the new TiCon version can only be made using sticks/bones/blaze rods instead of tool rods , instead of the old recipe said in the TiCon Book

After updating MFR from 2.8.0RC6-5 to 2.8.0RC6-19 I can use plastic and pink slime.
Other materials are little odd, because I can use electrum arrowhead for spears but not for arrows.

Edit: I think I know where is the problem. Last update of ExtraTiC is from August 2014, which is before new weapons were added to TiCon.
