1.0.2: SunScourned is broken

What is the bug:
when you have a ton of warp and you get the sun scorned debuff on a server you get "internal server error" each time you reconnect after a few seconds the only way to fix this is to get someone to kill you in the short time you are online each time

Yes use the creative test book to get all the warp and then make a ton of wand foci: primal

Well this was done on 1.0.1 as we play on the same server. 3 players get repeated Internal server errors due to warp effects namely Sun Scourned. Getting killed with it helps, but its mostly being in the game long enough for it to wear off. We had to disable warp to stop this.

I dont understand the Primal Foci bit. Having the research is enough to get the warp effect causing the issues. Java7/8 did not seem to matter any.
