1.0.2: No Nickel for the Multi Smelter

What is the bug:
The Engineer's Toolbox Multi Smelter component take a block of Ferus Metal or a Block of Nickel. But Nickel and Ferus ore do not generate in the word. It would be nice if this recipe were changed so that Nickel is not needed for a single part to be made.

Confirmed; no oregen for any of the three oreNickel blocks are available. About the only way to get it is via 10% possibility from running oreIron through a Immersive Engineering Ore Crusher. Same with Shiny Ore/Platinum.

Is this FtB's way to draw out the mid-game? I've seen this issue with other modpacks that use Thermal Foundation.

Additionally, most of Engineer's Toolbox oregen is disabled, so Emery is unavailable as well.
