What is the bug:
If you try to delete items form your inventory using NEI delete mode while the ME chest is open, and it has the same item you want to delete, server will crash.

Yes.
1.Put items in the ME chest.
2.Put the same item in your inventory.
3.Enable delete mode.
4.Shift-click the item you want to delete.
