How are you trying to access the options ingame?

I can confirm this.
In-game, if you go into the controls menu, there are no options for morph controls.

There's at least two different menus for controls in game. I don't remember what the non escape-key one is though. However, I do remember being able to access the morph stuff at some point.

The controls were accessible in 1.0.1, but in 1.0.2 they're not.

Actually, I've not been able to access the all controls menu since a little after the update (no idea why I could then suddenly couldn't). I click the button & nothing happens.

Not sure if you mean the inability to modify the controls (press O while in options) or the key that you set does nothing in which you have to reset it in morph controls to fix.
