1.0.2: MFR TE Recipes not configured properly

What is the bug:
In DW20 1.0.2, the TE recipes for MFR are not configured properly. In the powercrystals/minefactoryreloaded/common.cfg, there are two "recipesets" sections, the first one at line 321 with the default (and incorrect) settings and at the end of the file (line 821) are the proper ones with TE recipes enabled.

Known Fix:
Remove one of the entries and make sure the settings in the second one are correct.

Tried this, but it still has the vanilla recipe.

The first set is the correct one, the second is left over from the outdated configs FTB uses and no longer works. Since FTB hasn't made any other changes to the config file it might be simpler to just delete the config file, let the mod recreate it at next run and then change the recipe set, that way you can be sure you've got the proper configs.
