1.0.2: Is There a way to get The Custom NPCs mod working?

What is the bug:
I wanted to use this mod with the direwolf20 pack, but unfortuantly and time a try to open a world with it included the game crashes. Is there a way to get the mod working with all the other mods?

*Edit: The problem seems to be lying in Modular powersuits/ numina
