What is the bug:
When using the alternate crafting recipe for crude oil(four obsidian around an empty canister) it not only gives you the crude oil canister but also gives you another empty canister.
Note: This crafting recipe is not present in base mod.

It can be repeated indefinitely just by doing the crafting recipe, as long as you have obsidian, you can have infinite crude oil.

Tweak recipe within whatever mod adds it
