1.0.2: Forestry Hives don't break anymore

What is the bug:
Meadows and Forest Hives do not break with Scoop... or anything. I was, at one point earlier, able to scoop a Rocky Hive, but now they're indestructible.

I've got an update on this. I can't interact with a block if it's not the optimal tool for the job.

In other words, I can't punch a tree, but I can axe it. Pick won't work on it either.

I can't punch down anything in the world.

Further testing:

Naked, in current world, I cannot punch down anything.

Naked, in a newly created world, I can.

I'm not sure which mod is responsible since it affects all blocks. This is a game stoppage. I cannot continue from where I was without this basic ability.
