What is the bug:
The Cyanite Reprocessor energy buffer seems to be reset every tick, what ever energy it grabs each tick, it is reset and constantly eats energy.

I did notice that the cyanite reprocessor does work strangely on my server, when compared to other machines.. It only takes energy once per work process. I have it connected directly to a electrum energy cell. It has eaten so little energy that the cell is mostly full after it processed 5 stacks of cyanite. It didn't seem to be consuming any energy on a per tick basis.

I disabled the aroma mods and journey map. Fully enabled opis. I run the game modpack almost exclusively on the server software.

If your using ender io then set the energy conduit to insert only that's how i fixed my part of your problem.
