1.0.2: Creeperhost server crashes

What is the bug:
Srever being hosted by creeperhost running the standard DW20 pack suddenly started crashing every few hours. Any help would be appreciated;

Ticking issues are among the hardest to diagnose and fix. So I'm not sure I can help. However, I'll need more information to try. Could you post the full crash report to pastebin? According to what you did post it should be located at:

/home/minecraft/./crash-reports/crash-2014-12-16_23.37.12-server.txt
