What is the bug:
We migrated our server from DW1.7.10-1.0.1 to 1.0.2, which may be the root of our troubles. Regardless, what's happening is that about 50% of the time when the server is empty and someone logs in, the server crashes and forces a stop. It's happened to pretty much everyone on the server at least once since we updated.
We've tried re-applying the update by starting up a new 1.0.2 server and copying over the world folder and server.properties file, but it did not resolve the issue.
The crash log indicates there's a ticking tile entity that's causing the issue when the server loads up, but it doesn't actually indicate which tile entity is doing it.
Any ideas?

Unreliably. I can't determine exactly what is causing it, but I have been unable to recreate it in singleplayer.
