TheVAT from EnderIO crashes server when interfiered or broken

Can it be repeated:
Place an ENDERIo THEVAT and brake it, will stop the server but chat still works, Players are frozen and you cant do any commands like /help
Known Fix:
Restart the server and insulate THEVAT from using untill FTB updates
