1.0.1: Server Crash After 1.0.1 Update

What is the bug:
When i updated my server from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 it keeps on crashing from factorization, and no one has even touched factorization

Yes every time i start the server it happens

Please look at the changelogs : many configs changed and some mods are updated > creating a new world is recommended.
