1.0.1: Open blocks elevators not working.

What is the bug:
Openblock elevators do not let you travel up or down them.

Can it be repeated:
1. Create new world using superflat
2. In creative place a open blocks elevator
3. Place anohter elevator 5 blocks above it.
4. Go in to survival
5. jump on the lower elevator, you will perform a normal jump instead of going up the elevator.

I get around the xp cost by just jumping between floors lol. But ya, the problem is the elevator needing xp to use and you not having enough to use it. As mentioned above, Dire said he would change the config for it in the next version of the pack but you can do it in the meantime.

Go to "FTB\direwolf20_17\minecraft\config" and find the "Openblocks.cfg" and at line 100 change "B:elevatorDrainsXP=true" to "B:elevatorDrainsXP=false"
