What is the bug:
Whenever I use a Nether Portal to leave the Nether (coming to it is fine) the game crashes.

Can it be repeated:
Leave the Nether using the vanilla Nether Portal

Known Fix:
Reloading the game puts you back in the overworld, but still a nuisance.

I've been getting this crash too. It doesn't happen every time but enough that it was becoming annoying. I've noticed that whenever the crash does happen there are error reports in the log saying something like "biome ID not recognized, defaulting to ocean" coming from journeymap. My portal puts me in a magical forest from Thaumcraft, so it's not a vanilla biome and I've disabled Biomes a Plenty from the start of my world. I just disable journeymap for some testing and have gone back and forth a couple times and haven't crashed yet

I just put Journeymap back in to make sure it was the problem and I haven't crashed yet. Not sure if taking out journey map and putting it back in fixed it or what, but I'm not even getting the error messages anymore.
