1.0.1: Item Duplication

What is the bug:
This was only tested a few times using a Crafting Station but here is what happened:

I forgot about the NEI bug where if you double click the search bar to find an item (make it yellow), NEI will no longer correctly search for future recipes. So I had that bug active.

I then searched for Leather so that I could locate it in my chests. I took the leather, as well as some other materials, to a Craftion Station from TiC where I had some stone and a Master Blood Orb. I grabbed the stuff from the station, made an Ender Pouch and then realized that I had initiated the NEI bug; so I logged out without closing Minecraft, just saved and exited.

I came back on and reopened the Crafting Station to find my stone and Orb was back again. I took them out and relogged yet again to check to see if that was indeed a duplication. I have duplicated the Orb and stone 5 times now.

If there is any other information you need, please ask.

As far as I can tell, so far, it doesn't seem to cause any crashing, I will update if I find out more.

I think your inventory gets saved more often and faster than the world itself, which includes the tables inventory I guess. I've noticed this dupe as well, but most of the time I'm crashing when I hit it, so I end up getting the things I'd otherwise lose to the world not saving correctly.
