What is the bug:
The EU and RF versions of all the genetics machines from the Genetics mod in Binnie's Mods can't be crafted. When you try to craft one, you end up with an MJ version of the machine. The only way to obtain EU and RF versions is to cheat them in.
There is a second bug in the MJ versions of the machines that is making the problem worse (I'll file that bug separately). The two bugs combined prevent all of the machines in the genetics mod to be used in survival.
