What is the bug:
When i try to play on a server with my account my visual lag from lef to right like an damage taking.
I can't die with nothing and i've tried the command" /KILL " but doesn't work.
I've tried my profile on other pc but still lag.
And another account on my pc don't lag.

I'm sorry, but I can't understand what the issue is from how you described it. Could you please rephrase?

Ah, ok. Let's see if I can translate then.
A certain minecraft account you own is lagging when you join a server, I assume with this modpack (?), and despite taking damage and attempting to slash kill, you cannot die?
 
Yes with this modpack and only with one account.
I can't open my inventory but i can use the item in the hotbar.
Can i upload a video ?
 
Could you upload it to Youtube or similar instead please? Generally prefer not to download things if I don't have to. XD
