What is the bug:
i cant download the pack or open it when its done it said that it has some problems

You seem to have 2 versions of java installed, one 64-bit, the other 32-bit. I would start off by removing the 32-bit version (1.8.0_25), then upgrade/reinstall the 64-bit version of 1.8.0_25. Then try running the pack again.

ive tried to delete all the versions of java i had and install 1.8.0_25 64bit, closing the antivirus i had running (panda) then downloading again and still no such luck
(it showes "downloading files with a flashey orange bar then it said "Error occured during downloading the assets)

You could try putting the launcher in a new directory on its own, then change the install location (the ftb launcher has an 'install folder' setting in the options tab, point that to the new installation location). HTH.

You will need to update the launcher to the beta version because it will not work correctly with java 8. Go to advanced options and put a check mark next to use beta version of the launcher. Now close and relaunch and update it.

If by closing you mean disable then that does not always work. I suggest setting it up so that it is allowed to connect.
