1.0.0: Unable to change inventory key to "c"

What is the bug:
I've tried to change the inventory key to the letter "c" but when i do, i somehow can't open my inventory. I have changed all the other key bindings that were "c" by defult but even when there are no conflicts it still will not open. I've tried a few other letter and they seem to work fine.

We posted more or less the same thing 5 minutes apart. This narrows it down: Only Vanilla functions are affected. I didn't bother looking for more affected mechanics as it worked for the TiC Armor Gui for me. I assumed only sneaking was affected but I checked again and the C key doesn't work for the chat either.

This is in 1.0.1 too. Looks like Translocator mod may be to blame:
