Also : please post additional information like OS and Hardware specs and how do you call the startup-script / wich parameters.
As for the Exception : it's thrown on "native java.io.FileInputStream.readBytes()" so there is a problem with some file-access. Please check your file-permissions / access-rights.
Also : Google listed this error on the MC-bugtracker as a known error. Further Google reveals that this can happen due to bad coding (there is a "good" example on StackOverflow wich explains it).
So : try the standard : delete everything and re-download it. As noted by some FTB-member : use CurseCDN as there could be errors / de-synch on the mirrors.
