Salt can be quadrupled by processing as follows:
Macerate 1 salt into 4 crushed salt ores, hammer them into 4 Impure Salt Ores, centrifuge into 4 salt and 4 tiny piles of rock salt.

Known Fix:
Remove recipes to macerate/hammer/pulverize salt. (Changing output to 1 crushed salt ore still allows you to dupe rock salt).
