1.0.0: RR Pickaxe autosmelt enchant crash

What is the bug:
Crash when using a RR Pickaxe with autosmelt enchant mining something*


*im not actually sure what causes it, it crashes sometimes when mining, othertimes it wont

Can it be repeated:
it crashed me when i created new world, enchanted rr pick with autosmelt (just random from enchanting table), went underground (around gold, that seemed to affect me most) and started mining in 3x3 mode around and in line




(about the log,i got this from server so im not totally sure if its the full thing, sry)

Yes still occurs.

Specially with Redstone, Dense ores and Clay Blocks.

So far those are my most noticeable encounters with the crash.

I used 2 different kinds of RR Pickaxe, both with Autosmelt on.

We also experienced this issue (in 1.1.0 too), but only noticed it on Redstone ore because the pick was being used primarily for the Fortune enchantment.
Can't quite remember what kind of pickaxe but it definitely wasn't from RR- t'was either Gilded Iron (Flaxbeard's Steam Power) or Obsidian (MekanismTools), enchanted with autosmelt + fortune.

if possible remove ttcore and add Ender Core instead this might fix it
