What is the bug:
The oresheep configs are created with windows path separators, all files also exist at the correct subfolder

This is a duplicate of http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/1-0-0-oresheep-configs-on-linux-systems-are-blank.160963/. There is a fix there so that at least the config files aren't blank. But this was also reported to the mod author.
