This is a known issue with the version of Factorization in Resurrection.
It has already been fixed a while ago in a more recent version of Factorization but somebody didn't update the version of Factorization in the pack.

I am also reading a GT-ERR-01 from all Iron Ingots used in Pam's HarvestCraft recipes. I don't think that's a Factorization bug.
