What is the bug:
When attempting to craft Dark Oak Fence, using four Dark Oak Wood planks and two sticks, when clicking to retrieve item, it appears on cursor for a moment then disappears.
Further, when using /give command to attempt to give player Dark Oak Fence, get error "Item ID 820 does not exist"
Strangely, Dark Oak Fence and Dark Oak Fence Gate show up as "Et Futurum" items in the NEI interface even though they are core Minecraft items.
Dark Oak Wood, Dark Oak Planks, Dark Oak Slab, Dark Oak Stairs all work normally.
