Waiting 1.0.0: crashes on startup almost every time

What is the bug:
so when i start the game, it goes for a while starting itself, all is fine. then in the blink of an eye minecraft dies, and the launcher reapers. i get mad, try again, and again, and again...

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Dr. Chuckles\Desktop\FTBDeparted\minecraft\config\EnderStorage.cfg (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)

Hmm ender storage? I've had that mod crash me until I loaded a slightly older forge. Not sure if that was fixed. It was a month ago, so I assumed it was. It was due to an out of date use of the Fluid API

I had that once with 1.6.4, first we removed ExUtil, nothing. Then we asked RWTema, and he said it was EnderStorage. [ I can't find the post :I ]
