Closed 1.0.0: cannot loot deep cases with tinkers pickaxe

What is the bug:
When mining Deep Cases with a Tinkers pick in the Deeplands they drop as a block instead of dropping loot.

(and my pick has nothing special on it, esp. no silk touch).

Can it be repeated:
Yes, just mine a deep case with a tinkers pick.

Known Fix:
Put them down again and mine it with e.g. a Limonite pick. Then they drop their loot and the deep case gets destroyed.

This is a known bug that came up in beta testing. Not much we can do about it.

I'm making it a policy to not ask xolova to add special compatibility code for tinkers. We're just going to have to live with it.
