Closed 1.0.0: (1.1.1) Starting book crash the server

What is the bug:
The book wich explain how to survive first night and find ores make server crash but work perfectly in single player.

Can it be repeated:
Everytime I create a new world on server.

Known Fix:
Use Enchiridion-2.0.2a on client and server.

I have the same error as well on 1.1.1 Departed. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because this is a game breaking bug.

I modified the .jar file on my server the fix the issue until an official fix is released for Departed. Just drop this jar file into the mods folder and rename the old one. All did was copy the fixed class from the 2.0.2a version. No changes are required on the client side.
