New Host and Inactive Player Wipe

Players inactive for over 2 months have had their bases wiped and archived. You can request a restoration on the Discord.

Server has moved to a new dedicated host in New York.
Server stability and ping have been massively improved!

- The End has been completely pregenned to 10,000 border block radius with Lootr chests reset too.
- Nether has been pregenned to 4000 blocks radius (1/8 of Overworld border) with Lootr chests reset too.
- Added NetherPortalFix mod (server-sided; players don't need it to connect)
- KeepInventory enabled due to corpses spawning in void, requiring manual restoration by me
- Added easy recipe for the Igneous Extruder (non-laggy cobblegen alternative)
