Windows .exe Modpack download near completion then it fails.

Windows .exe Modpack download near completion then it fails.
Every time I try to download a modpack it gets to the end of downloading (about 20kb off completion) then I get an error saying "Error Downloading Modpack!!!". I have tried almost everything, deleting ftblauncher from appdata, deleting my FTB directory, changing the download location, disabling...- Conorman
