It has been fixed partly. Trying to launch the Direwolf20 1.6.4 modpack works fine if I'm offline. But trying to launch the Direwolf20 1.5.2 modpack still doesn't work offline. There is still the same message in the Console as before: IOException, minecraft servers might be down. Check @...
