    I've used Climate Control to great effect in MP. You should be abou to just install it and edit the config it generates. If you don't want climate zones and oceans you'll have to turn off some features and tweak some values, but it's pretty straightforward.

    Since 2.0 is a major version bump, is it a breaking change vs 1.5.1.2, or can we upgrade existing worlds?

    Are there any uses for the quest book coins? Are they finite, or can you repeat quests to get more?

    How would one go about getting whitelisted on the server? I haven't been able to find anything describing the process on the website.

    Renewable iron isn't even an issue in vanilla. It's other materials that are the problem.

    Gregtech is extremely dependent on mining resources until late game, and even then I think it's the only way to get things like gemstones. Skyblock Gregtech wouldn't work the way 5u is currently designed.

    You can fully power (4 amps of output) one step down transformer per amp on a line. So 9 batteries with a Mv cable that can handle 9 amps can theoretically drive 36 lv machines, minus line losses of course. I don't remember how much mv sodium batteries hold, so I can't comment on capacity...

    Unify your power system: all production goes into a single, mv battery buffer with several batteries in it. Run a line out of it that can handle the number of batteries in amps.     It's neither very efficient nor very adventurous, but this is what I use. It has the added perk that you can replace the top right and two of the bottom reactor vents and run it on quad thorium rods too.

    In theory perhaps, but not in actuality. Does anyone know where in the Asteroid dimension I can find naqadah? The ore book says up to y=60, but I'm a bit skeptical because a) that's where the asteroids start and b) the only GT ores of any kind I've seen were on a random granite asteroid, and...

    I'm aware you have to use superheated steam. Sorry if I wasn't clear - I've read the wiki. What I want to verify is that, for instance, a large HSS-E turbine rotor will consume 30,000 mb of superheated steam/sec and produce 2100 eu/t in a HP turbine, in contrast to the 30,000 mb of normal steam...

    Hey everybody, I have a couple of questions: Is it accurate that HP steam turbines have the same optimal mb/t as steam turbines but produce twice the eu/t out? Is there any way to get GT energy out of an IC2 RTG? Where can I find/how can I get Naquadah?

    Thanks. Follow up: any idea why a LV mass fabricator wouldn't run alone on a dedicated LV line immediately after getting transformed down from MV? It runs for a few seconds and then runs out of power. I've tried this in 3 different places in the base and gotten the same behavior.
