    I have tried all of these things and it still does not work. I can see so many SEVERE errors in the console when it is starting up, but Force Updating the pack and reinstalling Java hasn't changed anything. It still crashes as soon as I try to start a new world.

    It is only happening for Horizons Basically I get a whole bunch of [SEVERE] errors in the console while it's starting up, things like missing textures, missing pack.mcmeta files and anonymous items. Then at the end I get this when I try to start a new world. It's exactly the same every time...
