    Okay I guess it's not fixed. I logged in after being out for several hours and all the programs I fixed are once again missing their Input and Output inventories. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    I think I figured it out. I had a double wide strip of inventory cable and I think SFM was getting boggled figuring out the paths. I removed the second set of inventory cables and it seems to have sorted the issues out.
