Ok I found the bugs to be caused by Forestry and Buildcraft, When Forestry is disabled and buildcraft is in, it creates a lot of lag and NEI Lag, and when Forestry is enabled and Buildcraft isn't The game crashes on startup, Everything else seems to work, so for now i've disabled those two mods...
