You were correct, I needed Java 7, but I still dont get the server started :S I tried both versions available, v0.0.1/2 and v0.0.3 and both give the same last line: Unloading dimension 1. Ill add both of the server and forge logs. If you still can't find anything then, I guess its just bad luck...

Sorry, totally forgot that. I tried it this afternoon once, more, with a clean instal of everything (ncluding minecraft) and still get the same problem.
