    sorry buddy but server has been closed for new whitelisting when were you whitelisted on the server?

    what client version are you running? server is currently on 1.0.11

    I don't know how the Multicraft launches FTB so I cant help you much with that. but at a guess I would say that the problem is with Multicraft. maybe just use a startserver.bat just to test that the server files and MCPC+ version you have are working fine together.

    [1.6.4] Can one generate chunks or add world boundaries on a Forge server?

    I did a 5000 x 5000 block world using world borders /wb fill and the world generated fine.

    I would think you are not using 1.0.7 client
