    Windows .exe DW20 1.6.4 "Error Downloading Modpack"

    Everytime I try to download DW20 1.6.4, it gets roughly half way and then this.. http://pastebin.com/awxNFdwS Has anyone had this problem and found out why this happens, or even better how to fix it?
