    Resolved by closing all instances of Java Platform SE Binary and reinstalling server.

    Hi, I actually found a fix for this in my case. It seems Java was preventing the libraries from installing correctly. I opened Task Manager and closed all running instances of Java Platform SE Binary and then reinstalled the server, this time it installed all the libraries fine.

    In Horizons how do I make a Carmot pickaxe (Metallurgy) without it being the Tinkers construct version? I see a tinkers and a metallurgy version in NEI but the metallurgy one has no recipe available, why is this? The Metallurgy tools look like they have really nice appearance...
