    Open Ender IO capacitor banks randomly stopped working

    I had the same thing happen with basic capacitor banks, though my vibrant ones seem unaffected. The input/output on the basic capacitor bank would reset to 0. Change them back to whatever the max is and it will work again. Upgrade ASAP from the basic tier.

    ATG & BOP what server.properties settings?

    The only official documentation I've found is in the Minecraft Forum thread for ATG here. Also, make sure you open up the BoP terrainge.cfg file and look for the line B:"Add Biomes To Default World"=false and change it to true if you want ATG to generate BoP biomes.
