    oh , thanks, i appriciate the spoiler tags... i've resolved the issue thanks to some help in chat.. and the mod that i added was to resolve any id conflicts and that apparently didn't work... but changing the item ID's to below 30000 worked and I am no longer having the issue. thanks to everyone...
