    answer From your Post in Dw20 1_5 pack The answer is to make a cast (Arrow head, Large pattern, Huge sword blade) Is to place this part you want to get in the Casting table so a wide guard(item) will give you a wide guard cast Also you can re smelt blank patterns I just tested
